A little reading, a lot of ideas

This tradi­tion, a bit of a crazy one, origi­na­ted in 2018, when the time came to thank our custo­mers and our part­ners for their loyalty and when we chose (like often) to do things diffently than the others.

There­fore, instead of giving a good bottle of wine or a card with the tradi­tio­nal snow­flake, we sent our team to the kitchen with the goal of inves­ting ourselves perso­nally to make all of the people we talk to, write to and phone to happy.

Because it was impor­tant to tell them that they matter and to take the time to show them, we star­ted the Maca­rons project and we made and offe­red 300 Maca­rons in winter 2018.

With a very posi­tive return on this idea, we did this adven­ture again but consi­de­ring our rapid growth, more than 900 almond cakes had to be made. A full weekend of knea­ding, shaping, baking, and packa­ging!

After a forced break in 2020, we are stron­gly back this year with always more custo­mers and a more ambi­tious program: a project of an assort­ment of 5 tradi­tio­nal short­bread cookies. This project mobi­li­zed again all of our team, 3 weekends of cooking, more than 3,200 cookies, 50 kg of dough, 16 kg of butter, 70 eggs, 5 kg of nuts, packa­ged in more than 100 boxes.
